It's okay
Got this product and was a little disappointed with the jog wheels. If you've ever used real turntables before there is a lack of real movement in the fact that when I would mix in a song, I'd scratch the jog wheel and let go and there was a lag before the song came into the mix as opposed to real turntables.

I bought the total control for my child because he is seriously into music. I get my package only to find out the total control was all scratched up.

1) You think it's new but it's not,
