Nice Ideal, but missed the mark
What a great idea but the product has too many issues.
1. No real customer support. I had a Slacker Radio issue and Slacker said Sony had to help and Sony blamed Slacker. More >>

Constant Problems
I purchased this product in September and it has been down frequently. I had difficulty initially with the internet connection and when I called the Sony support line, I was told I needed a gaming adapter or something similar. More >>
