For the money very good
Epson now seems to have fixed the firmware bug that plagued this machine when I first purchased it, so the only real problem with the device has been fixed (a red-fringing that would occasionally show up at random in the picture). More >>

8500UB Very Nice

Superb high-end projector all-around.
The projector really earns it's UB moniker with it's outstanding ultrablack performance. The 8500UB has extremely low light leak in the blacks while still being able to capture the most subtle details in stark scenes scenes. More >>
